Minimum Orders

Typically, a minimum order is 5,000 records. However, this number can vary depending on the type of file rented. For the specific minimum on any given list, please contact Direc-Tel.

Turnaround Time

Expect a two-business day delivery turnaround for all files transferred electronically. Delivery of electronic files is made directly to you, via email. File orders requiring a physical output typically require a three- business- day process in addition to shipping time. Please note: Special processing requirements will affect the number of days necessary to process orders.

Payment

Direc-Tel offers its clients several payment options. We accept credit cards, checks, check by fax, money orders, and wire transfers. Credit card payments are accepted up to $1,500. All payments are to be made in US dollars. Consideration for credit terms will only be accepted after a client has placed three orders. Clients with substantial industry trade references may earn an exception. After three orders have been placed, a client may request a credit application from Direc-Tel. Direc-Tel will evaluate credit worthiness and make a determination. All invoices need to be paid in full within 30 days in order to avoid interest charges.

Order Accuracy Agreement

All clients are required to sign an order accuracy agreement each time an order is placed with Direc-Tel. The agreement outlines the specifics of the list ordered, delivery terms, usage, and cost. The order will not begin to process until the agreement is signed and returned to Direc-Tel with payment for the order.

Order Fulfillment

Orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or returned after the order accuracy agreement has been returned. If the order differs from the accuracy agreement, Direc-Tel is contractually obligated to replace the data accurately or refund the client.

Guarantee

Direc-Tel guarantees a 90-97% percent deliverability rate on all compiled lists. This deliverability rate applies to mailings only. The entire list order must be mailed within 30 days of order fulfillment and returns sent to Direc-Tel within 60 days of original order for verification. If there are more than 3 percent verifiable returns, Direc-Tel will apply a credit to the client's next order. The credit shall equal the standard postage cost for each piece in excess of seven percent.

Usage

All lists are rented for single use unless otherwise noted on the order accuracy agreement. Lists may not be resold without the prior permission of Direc-Tel. Lists are seeded with names to protect the usage and integrity. Lists may be used for lawful and ethical purposes only.

Sample Mail Piece

Depending on the sensitivity of the selects, Direc-Tel may be legally obligated to request a sample mail piece before processing an order. After review of the mail piece, Direc-Tel may require changes to be made to the mail piece to maintain compliance with the laws and industry standards. All clients should have mail pieces reviewed by Direc-Tel before submitting for final printing.

Data Samples

Direc-Tel does not provide samples of its product under any circumstances. Due to the custom nature of marketing data, it is impossible. Sample layouts are, however, available upon request.
