A Resident/Occupant list allows you to saturate an entire geographical area. This list is commonly used by restaurants, newsletter distributors, home repair companies, churches, etc., as it allows companies to take advantage of bulk mailing discount rates. The Resident/Occupant lists are the least expensive lists available. It is compiled by the United States Post Service and guarantees 100% saturation of the geographical area that you define. The standard addressee is "resident occupant" but can be customized through special processing to fit the scope of your campaign. The complete postal mailing address is provided in a Zip +4 format. Consumer names cannot be output on this list.
